In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues and resolving network problems. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products, along with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical users. You will also be responsible for managing our IT infrastructure, maintaining inventory, and providing user training when necessary.
