It makes me sad that Peter Drucker is so out of style with you kids. I was recently reading a book about Google and they made a huge reference to Druker's OKR system (outcomes and key results). I've found recommendations for Drucker on some entrepreneurial sites. I think if they re-released his books with updated covers (hire whoever does Malcolm Gladwell's covers), they might grab more attention from the "young generation".
