You should specify which MS Dynamics you mean. Because Dynamics has AX/GP/CRM, everything under Dynamics 365 umbrella.

Working with Dynamics CRM and it is an absolute joy customizing the system and building custom stuff on top of it. Very well architected under the hood. Well, it's CRM ofcourse and not ERP monster.
