I'm studying (at my own pace) the book, practicing the problems, and watching the lectures--I even downloaded the Panopto iPhone app to watch lectures while on the bus ride into work.
The course is very rewarding: x86, memory systems, systems programming, linking, socket programming ... all packed in a single book, providing a holistic view of systems, from a programmers perspective.
